Evidence rule

No badge is transferred between brands, variants or firmware.

A certification listing for an OEM or similarly named model is recorded as a lead, not proof for a Conferans-supplied unit, until an executed document maps the exact brand, hardware revision and certified firmware. Missing documents are shown as missing rather than inferred.

WeDoInnov TB5

Manufacturer evidence: WeDoInnov publishes specifications for a 4K camera, microphone array, speaker, DSP audio processing and optional extension microphones.
Regulatory status: EU declaration and model-specific CE/RoHS evidence have not yet been supplied for publication. Buyers should request the signed declaration and verify the model identifier before purchase.
Platform status: Conferans does not currently claim Microsoft Teams certification for the WeDoInnov-branded TB5. Zoom's official list includes a Raybit TB5 certified in May 2023; that listing is not treated as proof for a WeDoInnov-branded unit until the brand, hardware and certified firmware identity are documented.
Warranty evidence: The manufacturer page states a 12-month warranty; the final seller warranty and Malta support route must be written into the quotation.

WeDoInnov TB6X

Manufacturer evidence: The manufacturer datasheet describes 4K30 video, optical and digital zoom, DSP audio and wired or wireless extension-microphone options.
Regulatory status: EU declaration and model-specific CE/RoHS evidence have not yet been supplied for publication. Certification is therefore not asserted on useAV.
Platform status: No current TB6X listing was located in the official Microsoft Teams or Zoom certified-hardware directories reviewed on 25 July 2026. It is presented as a laptop-led USB/BYOM option, not a native certified room appliance.
Warranty evidence: The manufacturer datasheet states a 12-month warranty; buyers should confirm replacement timing, firmware responsibility and the local support owner.

Wireless presentation and BYOM

WeDoInnov WCB4 / ES06R

Manufacturer evidence: Conferans presents these devices as wireless presentation and BYOM components. Exact laptop, operating-system and USB-device interoperability remains deployment-specific.
Regulatory status: Model-specific EU declarations and radio-compliance documents have not yet been supplied for publication. Buyers should request the signed documents and radio-frequency details before deployment.
Platform status: Compatibility with Teams, Zoom or Google Meet through a user's laptop is not the same as platform certification. No native-room certification is claimed.
Warranty evidence: Warranty duration and local replacement terms must be confirmed in the final order or quotation.
